7 year old neutered male Pit Bull mix that was surrendered. He's a well-behaved, loyal dog with an owner who will be firm and consistent. He has nice car manners and is a friendly, active dog.

LOLA

6 year old spayed female Lab/Pitt mix that was surrendered. She is a medium-sized dog that likes to play outside. She would do best in a home with no other animals or small children.

CHICO

18 month old neutered male American Bulldog mix that was recently surrendered. He is a high-energy dog that is very loyal and has a good start in his obedience training. He is looking for a dedicated owner that will spend the time with him.

3 year old neutered male Walker Hound that was found stray on Black River Rd. in Bessemer. He's a friendly, well-behaved dog that is housetrained. He would enjoy spending lots of time outdoors but would like sitting on your couch, too.

MARLEY

1 year old neutered male Lab / Husky mix that was recently surrenderd. He likes to be the dominant pack leader with both dogs and people. He is very friendly and sociable and prefers not be left alone.

CAINE

3 and 1/2 year old neutered male Shepherd/Husky mix that was recently surrendered after his owner passed away. He's the father of KENZI (at right). He is very sociable with the other dogs and loves his time out of the cage. He is very trainable.

KENZI

1 and 1/2 year old spayed female Retriver/Shepherd/Husky mix that was recently surrendered after her owner passed away. She's understandably a little upset losing her owner but is starting to come out of her shell. She likes to have her father CAINE in sight and walks much better on a leash than when first surrendered.
